Ariel Roberts Dies in Shooting in South Los Angeles Area, Suspect at Large

The victim of a shooting in the South Los Angeles area has been identified as Ariel Roberts, a 17-year-old boy, as confirmed by the Medical Examiner’s office.

The incident occurred on Wednesday around 10:50 a.m. at the intersection of 113th and San Pedro streets, as reported by the Los Angeles Police Department. According to preliminary investigations, the victim was shot while inside a car at the mentioned location.

The suspect fled the scene on foot and is currently being sought by law enforcement. He is described as a man in his 20s, wearing a dark-colored camouflage hoodie.
