The late American professional basketball coach in the National Basketball Association who died on October 10, 2023, at the age of 81 Brendan Thomas Malone was the father of current Denver Nuggets head coach Michael Malone. He enrolled at New York University and graduated with a master’s degree in physical education in 1968.
