Clark Grant Obituary, Monica Cannon Grant Husband,

The activist Monica Cannon-Grant’s spouse, Clark Grant, died in a motorcycle accident in Easton on Wednesday night.

On Easton’s Route 138, it occurred just before six o’clock.

Grant was given CPR up until the arrival of firemen by an Easton police officer and a bystander. Grant was taken by ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton but passed away there.

Violence in Boston is a nonprofit organization that Cannon-Grant established to lessen violence in the city and assist its victims.

The couple was charged with fraud last year after a grand jury determined that they had reportedly stolen rental assistance and COVID-19 relief funds from the City of Boston. Prosecutors charged Cannon-Grant and Grant with extra fraud in March of this year.

A federal grand jury brought charges against them.
