Dr. Trevor Boudreaux, MD – Thibodaux, LA

I am a Physiatrist (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician) practicing primarily outpatient clinic in Thibodaux, Louisiana. My interests are in general PM&R, outpatient musculoskeletal/ultrasound of the peripheral joints as well as neck and low back, EMG, general rehab/spastciity management, and concussion management. I have extensive training in injections/musculoskeletal procedures and EMG/Nerve conduction studies with almost 300 injections performed in residency, most under ultrasound guidance, as well as 400 nerve conduction studies performed in residency alone. I believe that a comprehensive Physiatric approach to musculoskeletal, spinal, and neuropathic conditions leads to better patient outcomes, fewer unnecessary surgeries, and better patient understanding regarding their various conditions.
