E.T Mensah biography, cause of death, wife, children and net worth

Veteran Ghanaian politician ET Mensah has passed away.

A member of the Ghana council of state, E.T Mensah has passed away at the age of 77.

The actual cause of death of the former Sports Minister is unknown but he died after a short illness.

He was in South Africa for treatment but unfortunately he is not returning to Ghana alive.

He was born Enoch Teye Mensah in Koforidua in 1946.

E.T Mensah was married to Mrs Mensah and they have 7 children.

In the PNDC era, he was the Accra Major and was appointed by President Rawlings as Sports Minister when the country returned to democracy in 1993.

In 1996, he contested for the Ningo Prampram Constituency on the ticket of NDC and won.

He won 5 consecutive elections so he stayed in parliament from January 1997 to January 2017.
