Chuck Kumalaa, a resident of Marion, Ohio, killed himself after losing a mental conflict with himself.
According to sources, William Kumalaa, his father from Cleveland, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly.
Chuck Kumalaa worked for Landstar as a freight relocator and is survived by 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
Landstar BCO Kumalaa posted a brief letter to himself on his Facebook page before his death. He said it was time to put an end to his unhappy existence.
Chuck Kumalaa was born and raised in Waianae, Hawaii. As a young adult, he later relocated to Marion, Ohio. He attended Hard Knocks University after graduating from Waianae High School. Chuck was a specialist in transporting freight and worked for Landstar.
According to Athena Stillwagon’s Facebook profile, he was dating her. Chuck was tough, motivated, and incredibly successful. Whatever he set his mind to, he rapidly mastered it. Chuck was also quite witty and shared his enthusiasm with others as a gift of delight.
Chuck Kumalaa successfully launched a GoFundMe campaign to cover his costs.

He lost a mental battle with himself and left behind 4 kids and 6 grandchildren. Any donations will be used for a memorial of life, cremation, and funeral costs.
