Help Find Kidnapped Luna Joanna And Her Abductor Xavier Rodrigue? Who Is Xavier Rodriguez?

The police in San Antonio are looking for a 13-year-old girl and a 17-year-old suspect in connection with her kidnapping.

Joanna Luna, who was last seen on August 20 at 2:51 a.m. in the 11700 block of Spring Dale Drive, was the subject of an AMBER Alert on Sunday night.

Officials say she was last seen wearing a dark gray t-shirt, black and pink Nike shorts, and pink and purple slides. As for Luna’s appearance, she has brown hair and brown eyes.
Her abductor, 17-year-old Richard “Xavier” Rodriguez, was last seen in a U-Haul vehicle with the Arizona license plate number “AE4438.”

The situation for Luna, according to authorities, is “critical or urgent.”
