Lindsay Naab Charged For Killing Mother Annette Naab with an SUV

A woman from Erie County is accused of hitting and killing her mother with an SUV in Wayne County.

Lindsay Naab, 26, of Derby, has been charged with manslaughter for the death of her mother, Annette Naab, 57.

New York State Police were called to East Port Bay Road in Wolcott around 12:40 a.m. Sunday and found Annette Naab had severe injuries after being hit by the vehicle. Troopers attempted life-saving measures, but Annette Naab was later pronounced dead at Newark Wayne Community Hospital.

Lindsay Naab is charged with manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter and felony DWI.

Police are still investigating and have not said what led to the incident.
