The 28-year-old Heather M. Harms, who was reported missing by police, was last seen in the 106th and N. Dalton Avenue area of Kansas City, Missouri, around 12:30 a.m.

At the moment, her outfit consisted of a gray jacket and black pants. She had a handbag with her and was walking.

Her loved ones are worried about her health and safety.

She is described as a Caucasian female, 5 foot 5 inches tall and 110 pounds. Her hair and eyes are both blonde and blue.
