Braxton Wilhoit, a student at South Greene High School, was killed in a fatal ATV accident on Tuesday in Greeneville.

The kid from South Greene High School who was killed in an ATV accident in Greene County, Tennessee, on Tuesday afternoon has been identified as Braxton Wilhoit.
School representatives confirmed that Wilhoit was a South Greene student who perished in an ATV accident.

According to reports, Wilhoit was involved in a collision on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. while operating an ATV on Flag Branch Road in Greenville.

Witnesses apparently heard a crash before spotting Wilhoit stuck beneath the ATV.

Wilhoit was not breathing when emergency personnel arrived.

Wilhoit was transported by chopper to the JC Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to injuries received in the collision.

A prayer circle for friends and family will be held on the South Greene High School football field on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
