Tony Spain, 96, of Sarasota, formerly of Warren, Ohio, died Dec. 28, 2009.

Services will be private. Arrangements are by Jennings Funeral Home & Crematory.

Survivors include his sons, Dominic of Huntersville, N.C., Anthony (Sonny) of Sarasota and John of Sarasota; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
