Update; Missing Jesse Crow Found Safe

FINAL UPDATE – Jesse has been found and is safe. Thanks to all of our community members who helped us locate him. FCPS will advise when the schools are out of their secure status.

UPDATE – We are still searching for Jesse. If you have any information on his location, call 911 immediately. The schools still remain in a secure status. We will have extra deputies and SROs on duty at dismissal today.

UPDATE – We have recovered the knives, a black back pack, and a jacket. We are still searching the Middletown area for Jesse and Trooper 3 is now assisting.

UPDATE – Middletown Primary is now in a secure status as well.

Expect a heavy police presence in Middletown this morning as all 3 Middletown schools are currently in a secure status.

Earlier this morning, Jesse Allen Crow, age 15, missing from Pennsylvania, got on a FCPS school bus and showed several students two very large knives in sheaths. He exited the bus at Middletown High School and walked away from the school.

We are currently searching the area for this missing child. He is 6’4” and 190 lbs wearing a brown vest, blue jeans, and wearing a bright orange hat.

If you see this individual, do not approach and immediately call 911.
